Unopened Items

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 3 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Opened or Used Items

Opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance, once a product has been opened or used, it is considered final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
